If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
If you have an emergency when the surgery is closed, please call the usual surgery number and you will be given an emergency number to ring. We share our out of hours cover with a specialised small animal emergency service similar to a hospital A&E department. Your pet will either be seen by one of our own team or by the specialist out of hours service.
It is important to check the number on our answerphone even if you have previously used our out of hours service, as the numbers do change.
